Over my last weekend before leaving for university I visited a lavender farm 40 minutes outside of Toronto. Idyllically set in the middle of farm country, surrounded by trees, the lavender farm transports its visitors to Provenance. Upon arrival, we were greeted by one of the staff who directed us to a parking lot conveniently situated next to the horse ranch that is owned by Terre Bleu. After parking we are given a quick run down of the different types of lavender and also the other agricultural activities of the farm.
From the farm we bought lavender honey, which is the best thing in life!
