5 Minute Garlic Bread

Lunch to me holds a variety of opportunities, you can make whatever you want from breakfast foods, sandwiches to dinner.

An easy lunch is Garlic Bread.

Here's how I make it quick and simple when you are on the go in between classes or running around doing errands.

Here's how to:

Before starting: set oven to broil.

Step One:

Melt about an eighth of a cup of butter in a pan.

Step 2:

Crush two cloves of garlic into the melted  butter and let summer for a few minutes to infuse the butter with the flavour of garlic.

Step Three:

Dip the bread into the pan and ensure it is fully coated in the buttery goodness.

Step Four:

After coating as many pieces of bread in the sauce as you want, lay them out on a baking tray.

Step Five:

Every step after this is option but I like to do them because it makes them special!

On top of the bread I cut up tomatoes and sprinkled olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

Next right before I place the tray in the oven I sprinkle grated cheese all over it.

Step Six:
Place the tray in the oven and cooked until golden brown or the cheese is melted.

TA-DA! All finished!

If you guys try this out we'd love to see your pictures! Post them to Instagram or Twitter using #tworoastedcanadians
